Compare · SuperGrok Heavy, Grok Business and DraftMesh
Keep SuperGrok Heavy. Give the work a home your team can open.
SuperGrok Heavy is sized for one person who uses Grok a lot. Grok Business, from SpaceXAI (the company formerly named xAI), is sized for a team, where an admin sets how widely anything may be shared. If what your team actually needs is to see, review and sign off on what you and Grok made, you don't have to choose between them: keep Heavy, and put the work on DraftMesh.
What SpaceXAI publishes
The Grok plans, as priced on x.ai and grok.com.
Read from SpaceXAI's own pages on 2026-10-05. These are SpaceXAI's figures and SpaceXAI's words; the sources are linked below the table.
| Grok plan | Price | Usage, in SpaceXAI's words | Sharing a conversation or a Build app |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | “Within generous limits”, in SpaceXAI’s words | Share makes a public link. SpaceXAI says a link posted publicly may be indexed by search engines; you can remove it later from your share-links page. |
| SuperGrok Lite | $10 a month | The lowest paid tier; one weekly usage pool shared across every Grok product, and paid features pause when it is reached | Same as Free. A Grok Build app publishes to a grok.me address for just you, anyone with the link, or the whole internet. |
| SuperGrok | $30 a month; annual billing is also offered | “Higher rate limits across all features” and Grok Bot access, in SpaceXAI’s words | Same as Lite |
| SuperGrok Plus | $100 a month | “Significantly higher usage across Chat, Imagine, Voice & Build” | Same as SuperGrok |
| SuperGrok Heavy | $300 a month | “Highest usage at the fastest speed”; includes X Premium+ at no extra cost | Same as SuperGrok |
| Grok Business | $30 a user a month, self-serve; no seat minimum or annual price published | Per-user licenses assigned from the console, with team management, consolidated billing and usage analytics | An admin sets the widest audience a member may pick for conversations, projects and skills: Private, Team, Organization or Public. Public links apply to conversations only. “Share links are only accessible to licensed team members.” |
| Grok Enterprise | By agreement | Adds custom single sign-on, user provisioning from your identity provider and customer-managed encryption keys | “Everything in Business”, in SpaceXAI’s words, plus the controls listed |
SpaceXAI is the company formerly named xAI; its pages carry the new name and its documentation still the old one. SuperGrok Heavy's price is shown in the plan picker on grok.com rather than on x.ai's pricing page, which lists Heavy without a figure. SuperGrok plans offer annual billing, whose prices we have not quoted; Grok Business publishes no seat minimum and no annual price. The console sells SuperGrok and SuperGrok Heavy license types for teams, but publishes one Business price, so we quote no Heavy-level team price. SpaceXAI says Grok Build is available on every plan. X Premium+ at $40 a month, or $395 a year (US web prices), includes SuperGrok access, and SuperGrok Heavy includes Premium+ at no extra cost.

The sharing gap, precisely
A Grok share link is public. A Business share is as wide as the admin allows. A DraftMesh share is a workspace.
Grok shares a conversation with a link and publishes a Build app to an address. What changes with Business is who may open it. What changes with DraftMesh is what is being shared.

On DraftMesh
Three ways to do it
One builder on SuperGrok Heavy, three colleagues who need to review the work.
The same month, three ways. Grok figures are SpaceXAI's published prices; DraftMesh figures are ours.
Move everyone to Grok Business
$120
a month for 4 users; no annual price is published
- Your Grok plan
- Your seat becomes a Grok Business license. SpaceXAI’s console lists SuperGrok and SuperGrok Heavy license types for teams, but its pricing page shows one Business price, so a Heavy-level team price is not something we can quote.
- Your colleagues
- 3 Business licenses. Each colleague gets Grok of their own, and signs in to open what you share.
- How sharing works
- Inside the organization, at the widest audience the admin allows: Team or Organization, with Public available for conversations only.
Keep SuperGrok Heavy, add DraftMesh Individual
$305
a month — SuperGrok Heavy at $300, plus Individual at $5 a month
- Your Grok plan
- SuperGrok Heavy, unchanged. Grok Build writes into the workspace under its own name.
- Your colleagues
- Guest review links: expiring, revocable, scoped to one document or one section. No account, no seat, nothing to install.
- How sharing works
- Reviewers comment on the rendered page and sign off on the version they read. Named teammates and verified identity are not on this tier.
Keep SuperGrok Heavy, add DraftMesh Team
$500
a month, billed monthly — about $466.67 billed annually, for 4 seats
- Your Grok plan
- SuperGrok Heavy, unchanged. Your own DraftMesh seat is one of the 4.
- Your colleagues
- 3 named teammates with verified identity and no Grok plan of their own. Guest links and connected agents stay free.
- How sharing works
- Share one document or a whole workspace. Single sign-on, team administration and an append-only audit log are included.
Reading it honestly: Grok Business costs less than SuperGrok Heavy on its own, let alone Heavy plus DraftMesh, so if your colleagues want Grok for themselves, Business is the obvious buy and nothing here says otherwise. If what they need is to open, review and sign off on what you built, DraftMesh does that without touching Heavy, and without a Grok login for anyone.
DraftMesh Reviewer seats are free, unlimited on Team and Enterprise: named colleagues who review, approve and sign off but never author, and a version is approved once an author approves it. With them, the third option is about $350 a month for the same 4 people: your own Team seat, and 3 reviewers who pay nothing.
What DraftMesh does not change
Three things to be clear about before you decide.
Your Grok usage
Grok Build and the Grok app
Colleagues who need Grok themselves
How it works
From a SuperGrok Heavy session to a reviewed, signed-off page.
Four steps, none of which change how you use Grok.
01
Install DraftMesh, free
02
Let the work land as files
03
Turn on sync for that workspace
04
Share it, and keep SuperGrok Heavy
Questions people ask about this
Can I share Grok work privately without moving to Grok Business?
Yes. Grok's own Share makes a public link, so for a private review keep your SuperGrok subscription and give the work a home in a DraftMesh workspace, either by having Grok Build write it there from the terminal or by saving the text or code into the workspace folder. Then share the document or the workspace from DraftMesh. A guest review link on the Individual tier ($50 a year) needs no account at all; a named teammate with verified identity is the Team tier, at $50 a seat a month or $500 a seat a year. Reviewers comment on the rendered page and sign off on a specific version.
Does DraftMesh change my Grok usage limits?
No. DraftMesh does not run the model and sells no usage. Your Grok plan sets your Grok limits exactly as before; DraftMesh adds the shared, reviewed home for what the model produces. Its paid tiers start when a second person needs to see your documents, not when you hit a limit.
Which Grok output can I put in a DraftMesh workspace?
Anything that is, or can be saved as, a plain file DraftMesh handles: .md for prose, .html for a rendered page, with .json, .css and .js beside it. A page Grok Build made is HTML, CSS and JavaScript, so it lands as the files it already is, and a Build project can be exported to GitHub first if that is easier. Simplest of all, Grok Build in the terminal writes any of these straight into the workspace folder under its own name.
Do my reviewers need a Grok account or a DraftMesh account?
On a DraftMesh guest link, neither. They open the link, read the rendered document, comment and sign off, and the link expires when you said it would. A Grok share link is public, and SpaceXAI says a link posted publicly may be indexed by search engines. A named teammate on DraftMesh signs in with verified identity on a Team seat and needs no Grok plan of their own.
Is the Grok pricing on this page current?
The Grok prices and sharing rules here were read from SpaceXAI's pricing pages and documentation on 2026-10-05. They are SpaceXAI's to change, so check them there before deciding. DraftMesh's own prices are the ones published on our pricing page.
